.App File Won't save???

I have built my app and went through the publishing process, I agree to the terms and upload the file. The process seems to complete because it asks me where to save the .APP file, however when I tell it to save, the window closes and nothing happens, the file doesn't appear anywhere?? I've tried this several times and the same thing keeps happening. If anyone can help I would be very thankful.

    delete the provision profiles and certificates you are using, and create them again. had the same problem. thats what fixed it.

    Delete them from the apple developers site? Where are they on my comp? Can I find them in the Keychain editor? Thanks by the way.

    you should have only two certificates in keychain access, 1 developer and 1 Distribution. you need to delete any extras. Then open xcode and select window menu. Select organizer and you will be able to see all of the provisioning profiles.
