Bug found after submitting app. Help!

Assuming really made an ass out of me.

I submitted an iPad and iPhone app and assumed that they were finished after testing the iPad version. I forgot I had updated the iPhone version and it went untested.

I submitted both to Apple and realized later that a crap iPhone version went out.

What can I do?

Either make an update asap or remove that app from the store and resubmit as a new binary with a new app name and all

I just hit the Reject this Binary button in iTC.

I'll resubmit and share what happens.

Uuuuh, Steve will call you .... He is not a pleasant man to deal with, especially when it comes to submitting a buggy iPhone app. He is known to take those things very very hard ... It causes him to lose weight!

I would suggest whitness relocation or, in case you can not arrange for that, come to Canada!

P.S. That was exactly the reason why I did not dRe to submit my iPad and iPhone app at the same time!

    Thanks guys for replying.

    In panic mode there.

I saw the Reject button just after I made this but so glad to see that is a suggestion.

All those went through my head with dread. Luckily the Reject this Binary keeps all name stuff and everything intact. I just needed to fix, test, publish/test and upload.

I did need to click the 'Ready to Subit Binary' button which I forgot.

Excellent methodology and a lesson I learnt the hard way.

    Cheers everyone.
