Publishing Using the 9.0 Free License?

If I'm able to stay on schedule, I should have my first GameSalad game ready for the App Store by Dec. 31st.
(I'm determined to call myself an IndieDev in 2011.)

Is 9.0 setup to publish paid games, under the free license yet?

Also… what's the procedure at this point in time for testing on devices, using the free license? Under the old system, you could only test, once you paid the $99, correct?

What's the steps for testing now, if I haven't coughed up the $499?
(I should be ready to test on a device within a few weeks, so hopefully GS will have the publishing bugs worked out by then.)

And lastly, I plan on making the iPhone version of my game initially. Will I be able to test my build on an iPad?
(I can get an iPhone for the final test, but plan on using my iPad for several beta tests.)

    Sorry nobody answered sooner! It's usually covered but search isn't working most of the time as of late. You must pay apple the $99 and register which takes about 1business week so plan that in your timeframe, but you should be able to test and publish with the free GS then.
