i need help with the GS Safari Web Plugin

i have downloaded the GS Safari Web Plugin
but how do i get it to work...
do i need to do something with the file?

    Pushthatbolder,
    generally, as with every plugin, you should be good to go after it is installed. Try publishing to the web which should open a new page and display a small, iPhone size screen of your app!

    In case that does not work, quit safari and repeat the "publish to web" procedure ....

    Hopefully that'll get you going :)
