GS on iPhone4

It is obvious, but I wanted to share anyway:

I bought an iPhone4 today and tried Horror Jump on it.
While it was pretty jerky on the 3G it runs extremely smooth on iPhone4.

I am happy.

Cool, congrats on your purchase (as we say in Greece)

Wait till you see Retina Display games on it - they look wonderful!

    Thanks! :-)
iPhone4 is a cool thing. It has cost me 1 euro :-P
I am happy I waited and didn't buy it for 250 euros a month ago.

Actually I tried our published game Assault Commando with retina display already and it is so much cooler, than the standard version.

I will surely try other games with it.

The display is so damn clear... I love it.

I live in Austria, where mobile phones are really cheap. I mean, if you sign a 1 or 2 year contract. One carrier even had a contract where you got paid (you received a few cents), when somebody called you from another carrier :-P

I signed a contract for two years, so the phone costs 1 euro. I don't care because I am with the carrier since over ten years, since they started business in Austria.

    I have (per month)
    - 2100 minutes for free in all austrian lines (mobile or landline)
    - 2100 free sms
    - 6 GB data for free
    - 1 GB data roaming for free in whole europe

I am still not sure, but with my previous contract earlier I had a very cheap roaming for calls within europe too. It was an additional 5 euro per month.

However I don't know, how roaming for calls will be handled now. It was pretty unclear. We will see. I need roaming very often, because I am very often in Germany and in Hungary and occassionally in other countries too.

The monthly fee for the contract is 39 euro.

To be honest, I also had to pay 49 euro for activating, but just because I wanted to keep my old number :-(

Thanks! I will have fun :-)

I think, apple should have some developer offer for cheap unlocked devices, like Google has, if we already have to buy all devices for testing.

But anyway, with 1 euro I am still the lucky one :-)

you're definitely the lucky one here. Im buying mine for $200 :( but when I sell my ipod 4G I'll get all of that money back. So ill really be spending $0. That makes me the lucky one :)

    Let's see, what you can...

    EDIT:
I tried it. Nice game. Gratz.

    Bugs:

When I start the game on iPhone4 with iOS 4.2.1 I get a fullscreen quantumsheep logo for a tenth of a second, then the sheep becomes very small (maybe 100x100) and will be placed on the right border in the middle (vertically).

Then it is there for a few seconds and then the fullscreen sheep appears again.

    INGAME:

I can clearly see the "invisible" layers on the borders, where the touch occurs.

First I didn't understand, why there is a much brighter square in the middle, then I realized, it's because there is no layer, which "blures" the background.

I don't think it is willingly visible. I can see, where they overlap and they even change "color" when I touch them.

Sometimes a blue line appears on the right and bottom border, which I thought may be some kind of life bar or something, but it has clearly no function.

And NO, I don't talk about the time bar, which shrinks.
