Finally managed to get it to work. I clicked on the new Portfolio option and Manage Publishing. Then when I went back to publish it had my previous game listed.
All Yodas are cool....go man go...! Please fix the splash...now shows 5-10 secs of white dead screen prior to the little GS anim......not good from a marketing standpoint....
Most of the issues in terms of people being able to publish should be resolved. It turns out we were kind of a victim of our own success and the servers were running low on memory. That issue has been fixed. We're working on a server patch to fix the remaining issues and that should be available in the next day or two. I'll keep you informed as I get more info on the patch.
Once it's ready, you won't have to do a thing. It will all be resolved server side and I'll let you know when the patch has been implemented.
It still the same error message! And my clients ask me on the TA forum, when this update will be finally available. Do you want me to tell them that is your fault, and make you a bad PR? DO SOMETHING WITH THIS!!!

@yoda went to the link you posted for reporting bugs. but there isn't any option that would be close to "publishing" also. when choosing gamesalad version there is no "creator (0.9)" only viewer and plugin.
Beefy, what kind of issues have you been having? Are you getting an error or a crash or something else? Need more information
Also if anyone is having the "server experiencing problems" error, try logging out and logging back in again. It seems like the new servers occasionally log people out - but don't inform the user that they've been logged out. In cases like that, manually logging out and back in again fixes the problem.
Thanks for the reply dmcdowell. I've had a few 'server experiencing problems', i've had what appears to just be hanging, says sending file for upload but nothing happens (left it like this for a while) and the other thing i get is i cant even get as far as trying to publish. When going through the tabs it can hang on communicating with gamesalad
Latest attempt in place now .. Took a while to get through the tabs as stays on communicating with gamesalad when changing page for a few minutes each. Got to the end, hit publish, the terms and condition box came up but no t&c's in the box, hit accept and just sitting on uploading file to gamesalad!

I'm getting this error now too. Is my project too big (~200 MB) or is there something wrong with the publishing server?

still can't publish - 2 days now..just hangs before the fireworks screen...tried reinstalling everything....must be hidden preferences in my system?
