Copying Behaviours/Rules has been lost

Sorry to tell you, but dragging Rules/Behaviours into My Behaviors doesn't work anymore; nor does dragging them across or copying across into another file's Actor Editor.
Also if the scrollbar is not at the top in the Actor Editor Rules section, and Create Rule is clicked, the Rule appears half way down the window.
Just noticed as well, dragging existing behaviours from My Behaviors, created in .8.9, doesn't work either.
