App with the same name as mine

hey guys, anybody else ever had this? My game bounty hunter was released today, and when searching applyzer just now, there is another Bounty Hunter already available, its a japanese language game which was released at the end of october. I registered the name for my game in mid october.

Just hoping apple don't ask me to change the name!

    Either
    A) Tell apple and ask them to tell the other company to change the name
    B) just leave it

    as it is released then take Josh's option B

    My search shows only your game (USA) ... so perhaps the other one is in the Japanese StoreFront?

    thanks for the replies, I was thinking of option b anyway. the game is in japanese, so i think it probably is only available there!
