Dont mean to rip off your thread title QS, but pending apple release is set for the 22nd as well for me 
Just wanted to show off what I have been working on here for 2 months, so here we go (joker voice).

Long story short, thats why there is actually an ! in the title. Seems that my mistake was I made a development provisioning profile instead of distribution, thus making the upload binary not visible. When I tried to remake it would not let me use the name due to it being in use even after I deleted it.
Im just glad I got it up im not worried about adding the ! I highly doubt it will effect anything.
My original game title did not have one in it, but recent events found here: http://gamesalad.com/forums/topic.php?id=12946id=12946 was the reason to why I added the ! in my title
