Base SKD Missing

Hello,
I update iOS from 3 to 4, and I'm trying to instal GS Viewer, but in the Xcode I have "Base SDK Missing",
could anyone help?
I restored everything on my iPhone, so I have all profiles.

    In XCode go to Project -> Project Settings, under the build tab press next to Base SDK and choose your appropriate sdk.
