Dev application wait time

How long do I have to wait for a response for my dev application? they said like a week, but i heard some people get it quicker.

    Dang, I signed as a company to have my name, but not i don't have company papers and stuff, and im under review. How can i reapply to it as an individual?

    OK, made new email and all that, but when i bought it , am i getting something in the mail, or am i just okay?
