What's the full GS Forum heirarchy?

Hiya; noticed ages ago that some of the goodly Forum members here are Sous Chefs. Was wondering: I'm guessing that you get a Sous Chef label after so many posts, or something else? Also, other Forums have quite comprehensive heirarchies, 7 names/levels or more; seems there are only 2 on our Forum, Member and Sous Chef; any more hiding somewhere?!

Just wondering, like.

    No. You got it by invitation. Obviously being active in the forum is important. I don't think so I can't remember seeing anymore except for yellow people e.g. forum manager or something.

    You don't get anything for post count. To my knowledge there isn't even a post count.
