having issues testing updates on my phone

trying to do device testing for the update of my first game.

however i'm getting this error when i start up xcode organizer, plug my phone in, then try to drag the file into my app area.

"A valid provisioning profile for this executable was not found"

do i have to grab another provisioning profile for each update i do?

Did you make sure that you published the app with the correct provisioning profile, then put the provisioning profile in Xcode also?
