Player lives counter and respawn

I cant get to destroy the actor and count towards the lives, right now an enemy actor can crash into the player and cause it loose a life on the counter but the player won't destroy even when the destroy rule is there can someone show me the rule settings to destroy a player and loose a life but also respawn after x amount of seconds into the scene thanks.
