Can you no longer update your app icon?

It's been a while since i've updated my apps and using Apples new iTunes Connect interface, I can't seen to see a way of updating the large 512 icon that appears in the app store. I can see you can update the screenshots, but not the icon, can you no longer do this now unless you update the app itself?
