Which is the final file to submit?

OK. The game/app is done now I publish via GS for the iPhone.
Which is the final file that I have to submit via Apple's Developer site to iTunes store?
Is GS creating xcode file and do I have to download it?
Just to confusing.

    Right click on the file and hit compress.... After that, you should have a zip file.... That's the one you submit.

    You need to open your game in GS, hit the publish button, select your game to update, IMPORTANT - USE AN APP STORE DISTRIBUTION PROFILE (not a development profile).

    The file that is made then needs to be compressed (zipped) as goliath says and sent to Apple.

    Ask more questions if this does not make 100% sense.
