ABC Mania - first to level 25 gets $20 iTunes gift card

After 1+ year of off and on development, I finally wrapped up my last xcode/non-gamesalad project that I had already started prior to purchasing the pro license over a year ago (it's a word game that I had no way to convert over to gamesalad).

Development actually took longer to wrap up because I've been playing the game every night. I'm currently up to level 24. I find the game extremely addicting, however, I'm a sucker for brain teasers and puzzle games and always feel the need to try and pass 'one more level'.

The game offers what I believe to be a unique twist on word/puzzle games. I'll include some promo codes below. If you grab one, please let me know your thoughts on the game. Thanks.

    In another forum I've gotten some feedback that people can't get past the first level. Here are some tips (which I've added to the app description):

    - Conserve the vowels in the beginning of the level at all costs!

    - Get rid of the Z,X,V,J,K,Qu first when starting the level. Don't even bother making a word that doesn't use one of these letters, until they are all off the board.

    The instructions were in the description, which is basically to make words until the board is clear. Do you think I need to include a page of instructions linked to the main menu?

    By the way, I still love Star Daze on my iPad!

    But the icon should have problem, it doesn't as good as the game!

    So far I've heard at toucharcade that most people can't get past the 1st level. If any of you have given it a shot, do find it too challenging?

    well that's a relief, I was looking for the longest words in all the .LST files and found some pretty crazy words!

    But congrats to that guy, he must be a stud in the academic department!

    The LST files are just a regular dictionary to validate words...not anything specific for this game. I broke the file into one for each letter to speed up the validation function for the older iphones.

    Between the winner's word list for level 25, and my word list (level 24). I believe it's possible to at least get to level 40 or so.

    Anyways, I'm considering adding an 'easy mode' in the next update as many players have been unable to pass even the first level (which also makes it kinda hard for me to release a 'lite' version).
