Accounting information for app store

Can anyone tell me or guide me as to how to set up the accounting portion for the app store for tax purposes and bank info so you can get paid for apps?

You're best bet is to read the documentation under the iTunes Connect portal, it get's pretty detailed.

From what I remember, for tax information you just need to provide your SSN

For Bank info, you need to give them a special bank code, I forget what the special name is, but in the US Bank of America has one, I opened an online account with them to accept payments.

I did mine a year ago so I don't remember exactly, but your best bet is to have a call into your banks customer service number while you're filling out the accounting info. Apple wants your account #, check routing #, your banks ID & Branch # and your banks wire transfer code. I had to talk to more than one customer service rep in order to get the required info.

Fortunately once you get it setup you're good.
